What to Expect from Our Work Together
01
How I Work
Drawing from ACT, Jungian, IFS, and mindfulness-based transpersonal training, I help men explore the roots of trauma, anxiety, and anger. My background in construction and forensic settings informs a grounded, nonjudgmental approach aimed at helping you navigate life transitions and feel more alive.
02
Assessment: What happens first?
A gentle review of your history and current needs. This initial evaluation ensures our telehealth-only approach in Colorado is a safe and effective fit for your goals.
03
Collaborative Goals
We work together to define what success looks like. We focus on somatic awareness and mindfulness practices that help you navigate stress without carrying it alone.
04
Progress Tracking
We regularly check in to see how the tools we're using translate to your daily life. We adjust our trauma-informed pace to ensure you feel grounded and steady.
05
How long does therapy last?
Duration varies by goals. Some men find clarity in a few months, while others value longer-term depth work. We move at a pace that respects your capacity.
06
Boundaried Support & Crisis Policy
I do not provide emergency or crisis services. My practice is for scheduled telehealth sessions only. If it becomes clear you need a higher level of care, I will provide appropriate referrals.
